Where is the Welcome Reception?

Our welcome reception will be held at Lakeview Lodge at the top of Heavenly Mountain Resort. You will take a short 7 minute ride on the Aerial Tram to get to Lakeview Lodge.

Where can I park for the Welcome Reception?

Please park at the California Lodge at 3860 Saddle Road, South Lake Tahoe, CA, 96150.

What is the dress code for the Welcome Reception?

The attire for our Welcome Repcetion is Smart Casual. We suggest bringing a jacket as it can get brisk as the sunsets on the mountain top.

Where is the Wedding?

Our wedding will be held at Edgewood Tahoe Resort 180 Lake Pkwy, Stateline, NV 89449. The ceremony & cocktail hour will be held outdoors on The North Lawn. The reception will be held indoors at The North Room.

What is the dress code for the Wedding?

The attire for our Wedding is Black Tie optional.

Ladies, be prepared with your shoes as the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held on grass. Please bring a jacket as the air can be brisk at night.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Only if there is one specifically listed on your invitation.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

The ceremony begins at 4pm. We suggest arriving 15 minutes early to find parking & a seat.

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Yes! There is complimentary valet.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Please indicate this on your RSVP online.

Where is the closest airport?

Reno-Tahoe International Airport is the closest airport. The drive is about 1 hour from the airport to Edgewood Tahoe.

The next closest airport is Sacramento International Airport. The drive is about 2 - 2.5 hours from the airport to Edgewood Tahoe.

The furthest airport, but also not too far, is San Francisco International Airport which is about 3.5 hours away from Edgewood Tahoe.
